Dr. Miriam Michael is the President of The Quality Exchange. She has thirty-nine years of experience leading and managing complex organizational change endeavors. As president of consulting and lobbying firms, principal, computer scientist, and certified John Maxwell Coach specializing in leadership, strategic planning, systems thinking, IT, and human motivation and innovation.
She has held academic professorships in leadership, management, information systems, TQM, lean six sigma, marketing and organizational dynamics. As a United States Air Force officer (Colonel, Retired) her contributions included: strategic planning, logistics, mobilization policy, emergency preparedness, manpower and personnel, quality, education and training, and air traffic control.
Dr. Michael is a spirited and innovative learner who enjoys translating knowledge through interactive methodologies to rejuvenate the yearning for learning in everyone she meets.
